Founded by a graduate of the Naples Home Watch Academy and a certified Home Watch Reporter with the International Home Watch Alliance (IHWA), our team combines expert knowledge with years of experience. We are fully bonded, insured, background-checked, and registered to operate within the state of Florida.
Jay, our founder, is a military veteran and a retired law enforcement officer with over 26 years of service. He is also an InterNACHI-trained home inspector with extensive experience in various phases of home construction.
